We recently caught up with Katra, a pupil at St Anne’s Catholic Primary School in Liverpool. Katra has been taking part in our Raising Aspirations programme and wanted to tell us all about how it’s been going.
The Raising Aspirations Programme has helped me think about the future.
It’s shown me a lot about what’s out there in the world and I’m thinking about my future career.
I’ve had so much fun!
I’m really happy to be doing the programme at my school – it’s perfect. It’s exciting to get the opportunity to do this.
I’ve enjoyed writing about my top three qualities. I am friendly, polite and confident. This was a very positive thing to do with my class.
It’s really boosted my communication and confidence. We’ve been talking about our achievements and hobbies, and I’ve been writing my personal profile for my CV in the future. You build your confidence without realising you are.
I’ve learned a lot – and I’m really happy with that!
As for my skills and hobbies – I’m good at everything to be honest. I am pretty amazing!
We LOVE the confidence, Katra! ?
This is exactly what we’re all about and it’s so great to hear Katra’s feedback in her own words. Our programmes are all about inspiring the next generation, building confidence and raising aspirations one positive footprint at a time!
