Positive Footprints shines brightly at CIH Housing 2021 conference

Positive Footprints has a hugely successful week at Housing 2021, meeting several potential partners and increasing awareness in the housing sector.

Amongst a sea of flashy fitted kitchens and exquisite interior designers, Positive Footprints shone brightly as the only exhibition stand to tell the story of how housing associations are investing in their communities with our award-winning Raising Aspirations programme.

Our team spent the week chatting with business partners about how they can make big impacts for small investments and change the story children in their area.

The week also seen some of the forward-thinking housing associations we already work turn up to say hello.

Steven Brook, CEO of Harrogate Housing, showed his face for a catch up.

While Claire Tough, Managing Director of Homes in Sedgemoor, popped along to show her support too.

It was not a
ll business though, as the week also included an unusual family affair. One unsuspecting passer by pointed to the large picture on our stand of Roy Williams, CEO of The Sovini Group, and said: “Oh my gosh… that’s my dad!”

Reflecting on the success of the event, Lesley Burrows, Managing Director of Positive Footprints, said: “It was a fantastic week! It’s always good to speak to organisations who want to inspire change within their communities.

“We have received lots of interest from some influential organisations who want to make a big impact in their area and we can’t wait to help them do that. We’ve got some very exciting projects lined up on the back of the conference, so watch this space!”
