The health and safety of our staff, schools and aspirations partners is our top priority.
We are closely monitoring government advice and as the situation evolves are making some changes to our services.
We have published some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to answer your general enquires concerning the outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus in relation to the services Positive Footprints provides. They will be regularly updated to reflect the latest Government guidance.
If you have read our FAQs and have not found the answer to your question, please call us on 0333 207 2220.
General
Following government advice, we have closed our offices and our staff are working from home at this time. You can still call if you need us. If we’re not able to answer, please leave a message and we’ll call you straight back.

Schools
When you’re ready to start your programme, call us to talk through your options. We have several ways to allow you to deliver elements of the programme remotely, should this be necessary.
If you’re concerned about completing the programme, please call us on 0333 207 2220.
If you used the Primary Futures platform to arrange your career carousel, please contact them to discuss this. They will contact businesses on your behalf. If you have contacted businesses directly, please get in touch with them to let them know that the event has been cancelled. If we can help in any way, please call us on 0333 207 2220. We can give you some ideas on holding a virtual event. If you’d like to know more, please get in touch with us.
Absolutely, of course we can. Let us know when you’re ready to start planning and we’ll do everything we can to make it a big success. If you’d like to discuss other ways to deliver these elements now, please get in touch.
Businesses
We’ll do everything we can to ensure your CSR targets are met. However, it may be that some schools decide to run their programmes in September and we’ll keep you updated if this is the case.
If we’re told of a cancellation or postponement to a career event, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You can also contact the school that had arranged the event for an update.
We’re following the latest government guidelines and are reducing our face to face contact, so we’re moving our meetings to Skype and telephone. We’ll contact you before we’re due to meet to ensure this is in place. We are dedicated to our vision and are continuing to do whatever we can to make this happen, despite the challenging circumstances.
Yes please! We appreciate the challenging circumstances, but we still need you, now more than ever. Children and young people need our programme and the benefit of understanding more about the world of work. Please call us or drop us an email.
