Our purpose

We are a company passionate about changing the lives of children and young people. This is why we come into work every day and this is what drives us to make a difference.

We produce award winning personal development programmes that allow self-discovery, raise aspirations, open up the world of work, build resilience, character and self-esteem.

Our unique ‘out of box’, fully resourced, career-led learning programmes are provided for and delivered by the education and third sector, to better prepare children and young people to live purposeful, positive lives.

We must encourage all our children to have aspirations and we can do that at primary level with the Raising Aspirations programme. It’s fantastic and takes hardly any extra work and is a great opportunity to make a difference.
